Day 1 London / Kuala Lumpur
Depart London Heathrow by scheduled airline

Day 2 Kuala Lumpur
Our local representative will meet you on arrival. Private car transfer to the luxurious Mandarin Oriental for overnight (deluxe room with breakfast).

Day 3 Kuala Lumpur
At leisure in Kuala Lumpur. Relax amid the oasis-like calm of your hotel - or explore 'KL', Malaysia's vibrant capital, with its dynamic modern architecture and engagingly cosmopolitan lifestyle. Overnight Mandarin Oriental (with breakfast).

Day 4 Kuala Lumpur/Malacca
Avis Car Rental will deliver your Proton Wira 1.5 to you at the Mandarin Oriental. Drive to Malacca (journey time approx. 2 hrs). Overnight Renaissance Melaka Hotel (with breakfast).

Day 5 Malacca/Cameron Highlands
Drive north to the Cameron Highlands (approx. 4 hrs) . Check in at The Cameron Highlands Resort for overnight (junior suite with breakfast).

Day 6 Cameron Highlands
At leisure in the Cameron Highlands - now the finest of Malaysia's hill stations. Golf, swimming or an afternoon relaxing - you'll find scones, clotted cream and home-made jam from locally grown strawberries on the menu for tea! Overnight The Cameron Highlands Resort (with breakfast).

Day 7 Temerloh
After breakfast drive to Temerloh in Pahang State (6 hours). Check-in at the Hotel Seri Malaysia - a government-endorsed 3-star hotel that offers clean 'no frills' accommodation in family rooms with one double queen-size bed and single bed. Overnight Hotel Seri Malaysia (with breakfast).

Day 8 Temerloh/Terengganu
Drive to Terengganu (approx. 6 hours). Check in at the Aryani, a friendly, secluded hotel beside the South China Sea. Overnight Aryani Hotel (deluxe room with breakfast).

Days 9/10 Terengganu
Two days to enjoy this supremely unspoilt setting.

Day 11 Terengganu/Perhentian Island
Drive to Kuala Besut Jetty and drop off your Avis car. Catamaran transfer to the Perhentian Islands (60 minutes). Check in at the Perhentian Island Resort, where a deluxe air-conditioned beach/sea view room has been reserved for you. Overnight Perhentian Island Resort (with breakfast).

Day 12 Perhentian island
At leisure on Perhentian Island. Overnight Perhentian Island Resort (with breakfast).

Day 13 Perhentian/Langkawi
Catamaran sea transfer to Kuala Besut Jetty for your private car transfer to Kota Bahru for the flight to Langkawi via Kuala Lumpur. Transfer to The Datai to spend four nights in a villa at Langkawi's most exclusive beach hotel, in a peaceful rainforest setting on one of over 100 beautiful beach-edged islands clustered here off Malaysia's northern tip. Overnight The Datai (no meals).

Days 14/16 Langkawi
At leisure at The Datai.

Day 17 Langkawi/London
Morning free. Transfer to the airport for your scheduled airline flight to Kuala Lumpur and connecting overnight flight.

Day 18 London
Morning arrival London Heathrow
