A letter from a priest or an affidavit to prove your status A decree
absolute if divorced Spouse's death certificate and previous marriage
certificate if widowed Birth certificate of one of the children

deed poll If either party is under 21 years of age, the parents
or guardians are required to be present in person to give written
consent. You should allow at least 7 working days at your hotel
